I wish to congratulate Daphne from the Joondalup store who went well out of her way to assist us today. She is a fine example of a person who was a delight to do with. A person who is the quint essential customer service officer which is so rare. You are a credit to yourself and the Amart Brand .Thank you so much

I made a purchase of two reclining sofas in January of this year due to Covid. I knew there was going to be a long wait which is fine when dealing with staff in store they were very helpful. The part that I was unhappy with was that no staff member told me about the cashback offer of when you spend over $1000 or more you can earn back $50 per thousand dollars you spend. I had an account and there was no money put onto my account. My purchase was over $5000. I was going to come back in and purchase a rug for my lounge room but after finding out that I didn’t have the money on my account to put towards the purchase. I ended up, leaving and buying my rug at a competitor, I was very disappointed. As I do like coming inside the store as you always have lovely home wares, I was looking forward to spending that reward purchasing something else in store.

Kelli helped us so much getting our dream bed and mattress! She fitted us for our mattress and got us an amazing deal. Her customer service was amazing, definitely an asset to the store! :)

I had researched the product online, prior to attending the store to view colours and see the product.It took 5 minutes to have a representative come up to us, too busy talking about a facebook post, it was very clear that we were looking for a particular item. Then the representative treated me like a child and advised only one colour was in stock, which was not in the colour catalogue next to the product. The representative guessed what the colour was. Luckily the colour that has been delivered was a nice colour by the way there is a difference between the colour advised and colour delivered.Not impressed by the sales representative, lesson learnt just buy a product online. And guess the colour, as the online colours are never a match to the real colour anyways.When buy from this store, also note that cancellation incur a 20% fee and you only receive a store credit. Which is BS.I do like the product but that is due to my own research.Honestly, save yourself time and go to living emporium across the road. The staff are nicer and greet/ acknowledge you on entry

If you want to be disappointed time and time again, shop here!Bought our first couch with a promise it would be there within 3 months … almost darn near 9 months later it came and wasn’t even the colour we ordered!Thinking maybe they were busy and what not, I bought a couch from them again a year later (Nov 2022) and it arrived (Mar 2023) with a horrible rip in it. Are you kidding me ??? So I paid roughly $3,000+ on a couch, for it to be ripped wherever it came from. someone came to stitch it up, letting us know there will be a slight stitch line. Are you KIDDING? For the money I paid, I’d want a bran new couch, hell I’d even take a $100 gift voucher if you want a returning customer.NOT. HAPPY.You guys really don’t care about your customers huh….

We purchased the Slumberland Sutton after a recommendation from one of the Ozzy Park staff and its by far the best mattress we've had. It was delivered super quick and team's communication was on point & friendly. The entire process was a breeze, will definitely shop here again. Cheers for the comfort and the after sales follow up guys!

Spent some time walking around this beautiful store. There are a lot of products to view and some good specials. In store shop displays offer decorating ideas and the staff are very helpful. The spacious layout allows for social distancing and products are clearly labelled with the prices so you don't have to touch them to find the price tag or to read what materials the products are made from.

Has beds. Seems to be getting new managers and staff, which looking at a few other comments is a good thing. Prices are comparable and service isn't bad. Could do with a spruce up.Edit - went in recently and bought another mattress. Staff were in uniform, attentive but not pestering and they seem to have made improvements on the inside. No complaints

Purchased 2 arm chairs, service was excellent.
