First impressions, shop was good - decent people, products & prices.. or so I thought.Shaun & Leoina are happy to give ‘professional’ advice/personal opinions/say anything to make a sale.. definitely happy to take your money but not happy to help if you have any discrepancies regarding their product/s. Will not be buying from this place or recommending to anyone.

Just bought a mattress from mattress house. The sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their products. We looked there and then checked out a competitor who struggled to tell us the price of the products let alone any of the features. Went straight back to mattress house and bought the mattress we liked which was delivered when promised. Great service all round.

Great small business.Excellent knowledge and service. Purchased an Osprey comfort mattress for my teenager on Shaun's recommendation.It is top value for such a good quality bed and comfortable to boot. I strongly suggest that you try Mattress House when looking for a new bed or mattress

Owner was very easy to talk to. Not pushy in trying to make a sale. Explained the different types of mattresses etc. Free delivery, Free swap after trying out for 30 days if not happy with choice are very good customer service extras. Recommended for getting next mattress.
